Scholar

I'm a postdoctoral fellow in the CEA-List LISE lab, Paris-Saclay, France, in collaboration with the SOM Research Lab at IN3 UOC, in Barcelona, Spain. Previously (2014-2016), I was Maître Assistant Associé in the AtlanMod team, at the Ecole des Mines de Nantes, France. I defended my thesis entitled Automatic Reconstruction and Analysis of Security Policies from Deployed Security Components in June 2014, under the direction of Jordi Cabot and Frédéric Cuppens. Earlier (2010-2011), I was an INRIA research engineer on the OPEES European project.

Research Interests

My research interests are mainly centered on solving Software Engineering problems, concretely Reverse Engineering, Software Evolution and Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) problems, with a focus on Security concerns (concretely, in access-control policies). I am also interested in the security concerns related to the IoT and other complex scenarios.

Teaching

I've been responsible for teaching (TD, TP, CM) several subjects related with software engineering. The general topics of my teaching activities are: programming (mostly Java), databases, model-driven engineering and software quality. See Teaching for more details.
